Is gas included?
No. Each jet ski is provided with a full tank of fuel. Renters are responsible for the fuel used during their rental.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for each jet ski and must be paid before the reservation is confirmed. The deposit is returned after the jet ski has been inspected, provided there is no damage or additional charges.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Your safety comes first. If unsafe weather prevents your rental from beginning, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or issue a refund according to our weather policy.
Can children ride?
Yes. Children may ride as passengers when accompanied by a responsible adult. Every rider must wear a properly fitted life jacket.
Do I need a Boater Education Certificate?
Yes. North Carolina requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 to complete an approved boating-safety course before operating a jet ski. You must provide proof of completion before your rental.
How old do I have to be to rent and drive a jet ski?
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to rent and operate a jet ski. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must also provide proof of completing an approved boating-safety course.
When will I receive my security deposit refund?
Security deposit refunds are processed on the next business day after the jet ski is returned and inspected. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If any damage or additional fees are identified, you will be notified, and the applicable amount may be deducted
